Fundraising Manager

We are seeking a driven and strategic “Fundraising Manager” to lead our efforts in securing the resources necessary to further our mission. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for non-profit work and a talent for cultivating relationships with donors and partners. As a Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing fundraising strategies, building meaningful partnerships, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including communications and program development, to create impactful campaigns that resonate with supporters.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet the organization’s financial goals.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.
  • Manage donor stewardship activities, ensuring regular communication and recognition of supporters.
  • Organize and oversee fundraising events, campaigns, and online donation drives.
  • Write compelling grant proposals and reports to secure funding from foundations and other institutional sources.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create impactful donor materials, including newsletters, reports, and digital content.
  • Analyze fundraising data and track progress to inform future strategies and improve outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a similar role within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of various fundraising techniques, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and event planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for humanitarian causes and a commitment to the organization’s mission.
